Commissioned Portraits

Portraits  are created from photos.  I would need a high quality photo that is  preferably taken in natural lighting or I can photograph the subject at  the location of your choice for an additional fee.  Once the photo is  chosen, we will have our initial consultation to discuss the medium,  size, clothing, pose, background and other details of the portrait  to determine the final composition.   I then create the initial  sketch and present it to the client for approval.  In my Las Vegas  studio, I then begin painting the portrait using the finest oils or  acrylics on premium canvas.  After the paint dries, professional grade  varnish is applied to ensure against environmental contamination,  resulting in a portrait that will last for generations.

Portrait fees

Depending on size, number of subjects, complexity of the background and medium (oil or acrylic), fees range from $500 - $8,000 for portraits up to 48 X 60.  For larger sizes, please feel free to contact me.

There is an extra charge for detailed backgrounds, additional figures and or pets.

A  non-refundable deposit of 30% of the agreed upon price is due once the  painting is commissioned and the balance is due upon completion.

Each piece of art comes with it's unique Certificate of Authenticity

Fees do not include framing or shipping.

Giclee Prints

My  Giclee prints are quality prints taken with a high resolution digital  camera by a professional photographer. I do not produce my work in bulk,  the prints are custom ordered onto various media, based on the clients  needs.

Prices below are for prints on varnished canvas with a standard .75" or 1" Gallery wrap only 

Fine art paper and Museum wrap 1.5" or 2" are also available
